After one year of operation, the program UniversiTIC Congolese officials gathered in full force at the first "spring session" held from May 10 to 14 at CEDESURK.

This seminar was intended to recall the rules and procedures of vade mecum UniversiTIC inspired CUI management of the CUD and conduct all financial control reports 2008 and 2009.
For four days, the program managers of the CUD, the UNIKIN UNILU and presented the various management modules officials Campus 7 universities and their administrative staff.
The last day of "spring session" was devoted to the conference by Professor Marcel Rémon on the concepts of networking and meeting of the Steering Group that the South has chaired with Prof. Rémon Labana the rector of the UNIKIN.

This meeting to discuss progress 7 projects for campus and raise several options for 2010:

1. programming training for network administrators, librarians KOHA software and teachers to ICT;
   
2. the implementation of the application GP7;
   
3. strengthening collaborations between universities in Bukavu, Kisangani and Bujumbura

The Rector concluded the meeting by reiterating the importance of computerization and interconnection of the Congolese universities to improve their collaboration.
