From February 1 to 13 2011, Jean-Louis Marchand conducted a monitoring mission in Kinshasa, Kisangani and Bukavu in the computerization project of the academic management of universities.
Jean-Louis and Pierre Kabuika, a new local project manager have met with the academic authorities and those responsible for enrollment services and student management to identify barriers that will, once removed, use GP7 - from September 2011 - in 7 institutions and all their faculties.
