To encourage teams of Congolese universities to form a network technology, several tools have been developed.
First, annual technical meetings bring together pairs of 7 services. It is an opportunity for network administrators to strengthen the ties which unite them, to share their daily experiences and collectively solve the technical problems they encounter.
An online discussion list (Or mailinglist) takes over and keeps the team spirit despite the distances. It is mainly driven by the IT team of CEDESURK.
Finally, the teams document their network on a website online, also called wiki technology. This public space is to allow teams from other universities to benefit configurations: http://www.ebale.cd/wiki/
If needed assistance from a colleague at a distance or a change team, it is easy to find configurations and installation specifications.
